Your Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days
Express Delivery: 40 QAR (depending on the country)
- Receive your purchase 3-4 business days after your order has been accepted
- Delivered 9am-5pm, Sunday to Thursday (depending on the regional operating week).
DHL O ers: On Demand Delivery (ODD)
DHL o ers you the exibility to adjust your delivery schedule while it’s on its way. You will
be able to amend the delivery date and/or remove the signature requirement upon receipt.
DHL will contact you through email or SMS to update you on your order’s estimated
arrival. Depending on your region, the email or SMS may contain a link that allows you to
track your shipment using the shipment waybill number.

Amend the delivery date (select another date within 5 working days). And if available in the region, you may select a timeframe to receive your order.
Signature Release:
you can remove the signature requirement if you prefer or are not available to sign. Kindly note that LUMI and our delivery partners will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur once your order has been delivered.

- Photographic ID (Passport, driving licence or ID card)
- Email/ SMS noti cation from DHL or UPS
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and Duties are based on the destination of the shipment.
The total you pay at the point of purchase is inclusive of all duties and taxes owed to customs. Therefore, you will not be charged any further costs upon receipt of your package
How to Track Your Order
Your items will be processed and dispatched within 24-hours from your order acceptance. Please note that this can take longer during unforeseen circumstances.You will be updated via email once your order has been picked up by our partner delivery provider and you will receive your tracking details allowing you to follow your order.
